The project started in 2013. Our CEO joined the founding team in 2014 and has been part of it ever since — through every stage of product, technology and business growth.

We have been involved in all the stages: shaping the original product, scaling the platform as the business grew, modernising the stack across multiple generations, and supporting day-to-day delivery alongside the in-house team.

Our remit goes beyond engineering. We participate in business development decisions, product direction and operational planning — the kind of long-running partnership where the line between client and team blurs over time.

OPS International needed a single system to run claims from first notice of loss through assessment, settlement and reporting — across multiple jurisdictions and partner integrations.

We designed and delivered the platform end-to-end: domain model, workflow engine, document handling, role-based access, partner APIs and an operations UI built for the people who use it eight hours a day.

The system has grown alongside the business — new claim types, new partners, new geographies — without needing a rewrite.

ActionVox.ai is built and run in-house. We own the product end-to-end: research, design, engineering, infrastructure and go-to-market.

Used by teams in clinics, sales and operations to replace manual call note-taking, surface what was actually said, and trigger the next steps automatically — instead of letting them slip through the cracks of a CRM.
